A NOTE FROM RICHARD
HOME
Well, all has been rather quiet around the home front for the last several weeks. I have been having to learn how to live without playing guitar until the pain and swelling in my left wrist and hand goes away. The doctors tell me that it is gout and that it may take as long as a year for the gout crystals to completely flush from my body. In the meantime, I am taking medication to regulate the uric acid level along with anti inflammatories and pain meds as needed. I firmly believe that all things happen for a reason; so I am trying to be patient.

In the meantime, I am trying to improve my skills on how to get my music out to the public. I have quite a lot of recorded music that hasn't been released along with 5 already released album CD's. The only thing that is lacking is that I am unable to do live performances presently; but I am hopeful that all will heal quickly and my guitar playing will resume.

One of the lessons I am learning is that it is easy to take God's gifts for granted. Not only in music; but in many other things as well. So, I would encourage you to always give thanks for your gifts and use them to the best of your ability. To whom much is given, much is required.

Thank you all for your continued support and encouragement. Things will be back to normal soon.

Richard
